| What is the Red
Baron Ball, Rally 4 Kids and Euro Sunday? |
|
| |
|
|
 |
Sacramento's
EuroSunday originally began in August 2006 when co-founders Larry Stiver
and Adam Cook organized a gathering that allowed the owners of super,
exotic, rare, and vintage European vehicles a venue to share their cars
with those who rarely see such vehicles on the road. Kick-off day counted
113 cars and EuroSunday has now grown into a cross country event! The
event brings a fun and safe atmosphere to every venue. This no pressure,
no competition format is an effort to allow everyone to enjoy the cars and
the owners of these works of mechanical art. Family, friendship,
networking, and the camaraderie bring both the young and young-at-heart
together.
In the fall
of 2007, EuroSunday held their first Rally 4 Kids event where the proceeds
of this Sacramento area rally were directed to local non-profit agency,
Sacramento Child Advocates. After the rally, and in partnership with
EuroSunday’s co-founder Larry Stiver, SCA’s Advancement Director, Katie
Walker, and Steve Alfano, owner of The Late Shift Creative Group, the idea
of the Red Baron Ball was born. The Red Baron Ball was created as an
elegant segue into the next day’s Rally 4 Kids, followed by a week of
special automotive events and the prestigious Niello Concours. |
